As reported, in the final days of session House Bill 903 dealing with Workers’ Compensation passed after a showdown between Senate and House leadership. This unfair legislation is now headed to Governor Crist for his signature. FJA has already begun our efforts to urge Governor Crist to protect Florida’s injured workers and first responders and veto HB 903.
