FJA Research & Education Foundation
The Florida Justice Association Research and Education Foundation (FJA REF) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization established by the Florida Justice Association to enhance and foster an understanding of the justice system and the role of each citizen in the system as an advocate for justice and fairness.
The Florida Justice Association Research and Education Foundation was established in 1992 to promote the study and understanding of Florida’s justice system and how its preservation benefits consumers, victims, and all Floridians.
The Florida Justice Association Research and Education Foundation created an endowment fund that provides a conduit for the Florida Justice Association to realize its visionary and inspirational goals. With an even stronger commitment to the FJA REF, we will have the ability to:
• Conduct research to be used in legislative debates or to provide educational information on proposed constitutional amendments;
• Support litigation regarding constitutional or public policy issues; and
• Fund many current FJA expenses that should be legitimate activities of the Florida Justice Association Research and Education Foundation.
A well-funded endowment of the Florida Justice Association Research and Education Foundation provides a valuable resource as we work to increase awareness of the importance of civil justice access in Florida and the threats that exist to put justice out of reach of every day citizens.
With your commitment to the Florida Justice Association Research and Education Foundation, we will be in an even stronger position to thwart attacks on consumer rights.
There are many ways the Florida Justice Association’s membership can get involved with this endowment. Contributions are fully tax deductible as charitable contributions.
